The Monster of Flathead Lake

       In Montana you will find Flathead Lake. A serpentine creature is said to have made the lake it’s home.

      A man on a motorcycle saw a black object swimming in the lake.

      In 1963, Ronald Nixon wrote that he saw a creature at least twenty-five feet long. The monster produced a two foot wave.

      The captain of US Grant saw the creature from his boat  in 1885.

      Fishermen of the lake reported something tearing up the nets in the 1920’s.

      Someone with a Publishing department remembers seeing a giant dinosaur-like creature in 1981. She said that it was not a sturgeon or a large fish, but rather like a brontosaurus (now called Apatosaur).
